Revise SCC Meetings Dates
- Proposed new time to 4:00; accepted unanimously
- February 17th is moving to Feb. 10th
- Posted on Bella Vista Website: September 16, October 7, November 11, January 13, February 10, March 10, April 21, May 12
Review Rules of Order and practice for SCC
Review SCC bylaws
- Vote on recommended changes – accepted unanimously
Enrollment as on 9/16/24

Before School & After School Procedures
- Playground change where students can’t play unless an adult is with them has helped
- Discussion on the purpose of the south lot
- Gates on the fences at the two open spots
August safety drill report and budgets
- August Drill – Fire

SCC Training Dates Review
- SCC members will attend CSD SCC training in September.
- Copy of Dates distributed to each SCC member:
  - September 18, 2024:

1-2:30 p.m. General SCC Training for all members
5:30 – 6:15 p.m. Basic SCC Training for new members and those wanting a refresher
6:30 – 8 p.m. General SCC Training for all members

*all of the above trainings will be in the Canyons Center at the District office, 9361 S. 300 East, Sandy

- Gates on playground to increase safety
- Content Keeper/Internet safety monitoring
Extra Programs: STEAM & Chess club will continuing
