Inquiry about the second half of the RISE scores. 

• February Safety drill report and budgets
  • Land Trust
    • 2025 – 2026 Allocation/Total with carry-over: 33,771.57 / 35,487.96
    • 3/30/26: $8,300
    • Instructional aides x2, books for instruction and incentives
  • TSSA
    • 2025 – 2026 Allocation/Total with carry-over: 53,333.66 / 59,002.12
    • 3/30/26: $31,265.96
    • Reading Gala (move funding from PTA, have PTA fund Field Day instead. Inflatables?), school spring field trip, pbis school store, behavior and instructional aides, Software Math/Science,  STEAM Fridays Teacher Budgets, Teacher Professional Development/subs for teaming, Kona ice truck
    • Idea: Attendance incentive – April 13 to May 8 challenging our school to maintain our on-track percentage to 65% or higher. If we meet this goal, we will do chic-fil-a sandwiches, sunglasses and a beverage for every student on May 11th from 2PM – 3PM
      (End of year last 3 weeks are project based)
  • Cell Tower
    • 3/30/26: $10,000   
    • Teacher appreciation, PTC meals, fun Friday incentives for staff, food truck and eoy gift, TOY gifts, BLT meal for last meeting, will be used to support end of year closure event needs.
  • February Drill – Hazardous Materials 
  • March Drill – Carbon Monoxide (Evacuate)

  • Juli shared feedback she plans to give at the meeting this week:
    • Concerns about STEM and Art teacher placements. 
    • Where is the preschool going? (Oakdale, Willow, Peruvian Park), Stephanie Petersen would know about Preschool. 
    • Concerns about bussing issues long term, especially with potential issues and complications crossing Highland. 
    • What is the plan for Bella Vista’s building? – not being sold, still deciding what will happen to it.
    • Concerns about DLI. Plans for how they’ll be forming classes, parent feedback forms?
• Reminder of the Brighton Feeder luncheon: April 14th at 11:15 at Brighton High 
  • Tricia Cannot make it. Tracy may attend.  
• Remaining Meetings: all members present approved canceling the remaining SCC meetings in April and May
