Attendance as of 1/12/26

In order to meet our goal of a 5% increase from last year, we need to keep our “on-track” attendance at 58% or higher. We are currently at
52% so unfortunately, we have not made our goal this term.

Likely due to illness and travel.

We’re right where we want to be with this. We could put more towards the Reading Gala from here.

      • Reading Gala, school spring field trip, pbis school store, behavior and instructional aides, Software Math/Science,  STEAM Fridays Teacher Budgets, Teacher Professional Development/subs for teaming

Have the new teams at Ridgecrest (once formed) take a look at this for next year. PTA has been offered to take on and support anything they can or want to (Reading Gala food? About $3000). Between us and PTA we can make everything work that we want to do. Locking in Uptown Jungle over Classic Skating.

    • Teacher appreciation, PTC meals, fun Friday incentives for staff, will be used to support end of year closure event needs.

What’s left will transfer to Ridgecrest. We can use Cell Tower for any event we do to close the school – refreshments, mementos, ect. To commemorate Bella Vista.
  • December Drill – Hold
  • January Drill – Fire
  • Closing the School/Transition
Will put out a call for all hands on deck volunteers to help. An extra dumpster provided for teachers to start an initial clean out. Ideas for PTA – timecapsule? A way to incorporate something that kids can look forward to for next year (designing the tshirt for next year, design a yearbook cover together? A tshirt with the year Bella Vista opened and closes, available for the community to purchase.)
  • Transition Advisory Committee Plan
Tracy (SCC), Juli (PTA), to help advise and vote in people for the new PTA. It will be dissolved in the fall. PTA putting out information to the parents and community for people who would want to join and have a vote for Bella Vista.
